- Our story begins in the south of Vietnam, in Ho Chi Minh City, still lovingly known by its former name, Sài Gòn. It is a place of movement, contrast, and endless flavor, where the rhythm of daily life is shaped by the streets and the food that brings people together.
- Growing up there, we were surrounded by the aromas of fresh herbs, simmering broths, and warm bread prepared just steps away. Food was never just about eating, it was about connection, memory, and the quiet comfort found in familiar tastes. These experiences continue to guide everything we do.
- Ciao Sài Gòn is our way of sharing that feeling. Our menu is rooted in Vietnamese tradition, while shaped by personal journeys and inspirations gathered along the way. We do not seek to perfectly replicate, but to thoughtfully reinterpret, honoring the essence of the dishes while allowing space for our own story.
